I am adamant about celebrating Thanksgiving so much so that I have some decorations. So, no Christmas decorations til after Turkey Day, no Christmas music, but I will say that the shopping has started.
We always decorate the day after Thanksgiving. Brad gets so excited, its hilarious. He's already started the Christmas music :)Such a little kid still!
I've already been ornament shopping, and dish towel, placemat shopping, etc. But the tree will go up next Friday. I've already been listening to and singing Christmas music due to the fact we have been practicing at church since August! It takes a long time for a choir to learn 10 Christmas anthems.
When we moved into the apartment we brought out our "Holiday Tree"! It's currently decorated with lights and fall leaves. I'm still working on our christmas ornaments (origami cranes). I will probably prepare our home with christmas cheer after thanksgiving. I'm looking forward to it this year- especially since it'll be Kai's first holiday season!
i usually do it Thanksgiving morning, but this year I will be doing it when we get back to TN! It should be interesting to see Samantha with all the ornaments on the Christmas tree this year!
